The account
In August and September 2026 I ran Google Ads for a kitchen‑remodeling company in the US, through a US agency. The account spent $2,189.95 in August and $2,162.00 in September.
The goal was more enquiries from homeowners.
The problem in this niche
Many people who search for a kitchen remodel are not ready to hire. Some want ideas, photos or a rough price. Others are shopping for cabinets or countertops, not for someone to fit them.
A kitchen is also planned over many months, so a homeowner who clicks today may not call for a while.
What I did
- Went through the search terms behind the clicks, to see what people had actually typed.
- Blocked the searches from people who were not looking to hire, using a shared negative list.
- Checked the location settings, so the ads showed to people in the area the company served.
What changed
September 2026: 111 conversions on $2,162.00
1–30 Sep 2026 · 666 clicks · Google shows 111.00
August 2026: 89 conversions on $2,189.95
1–31 Aug 2026 · 682 clicks · Google shows 89.00
Both months come from the same account. The arrows on the tiles compare with an earlier period that the screenshots do not show.

The same account in August 2026. Google shows conversions with two decimals (89.00).
For an agency
If your client is a kitchen remodeler, the budget has to reach homeowners who want the work done, not cabinet shoppers or people still pricing a project. I can run that account under your agency’s name and send a weekly report you can forward to the client as is.
